The doctor who writes the guides on this site, and who built Moya because she needed it herself.
Medical doctor and founder, Moya Health Wiki is a UK medical doctor, trained at King’s College London and Imperial College London. She lives with a long-term condition of her own, and she built Moya to be the tracker she could not find.
Being told to “keep a diary” is one of the most common pieces of advice given to people with a long-term condition, and one of the least supported. Nobody tells you how long to keep going, how to tell a real pattern from a coincidence, or what to do with three months of notes when you have ten minutes in front of a clinician.
Wiki had that experience from both sides: as the doctor giving the advice, and as the patient trying to follow it. Moya is the answer to the second half of the problem. It is a quiet daily check-in that keeps the calm days as well as the bad ones, holds everything on your own phone, and lays your notes back out in plain language when you want to look.
Every guide on this site is written and reviewed by Wiki. You can read them in the guides library, or start with the conditions Moya supports today.
Email hello@moyahealth.app. Every message is read, and replies usually take a couple of days. Moya is also on Instagram, YouTube and Reddit, where people share how they track.
Moya is free to download on iPhone and Android.
Moya is a wellbeing and self-tracking tool, not a medical device. Nothing on this site diagnoses or treats a condition, and nothing here should be used to start, stop or change prescribed treatment. That is a conversation for you and your own clinician.
